What is included in a professional mix?
A full multitrack mix, three revision rounds, main and instrumental versions, and organized high-resolution WAV delivery. Mastering is a separate service unless you select a package that includes it.
Do I need mixing or mastering?
Choose mixing when individual vocals, drums, bass, or instruments need balancing and processing. Choose mastering when your stereo mix is approved and needs final tonal, dynamics, loudness, and delivery checks.
Can I send music remotely?
Yes. Send clearly labeled multitracks exported from the same start point, your rough mix, reference tracks, and notes about the sound you want. See the file-preparation guide before submitting.
What if I have a release deadline?
Share your deadline before purchasing so availability and delivery timing can be confirmed for your project. Do not assume a rush turnaround from the purchase date.
How does payment work?
Full payment is required before your project is officially booked and work begins. No refunds. No deposits. If you are unsure about the right service or your files, ask before purchasing.
