WB MIXING SERVICE TERMS
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because professional mixing, mastering, and related audio services involve reserved production time and customized professional services, payments are non-refundable once submitted. This policy applies to promotional and regular-price purchases, mixing, mastering, Mix + Master purchases, release packages, add-ons, upgrades, and other custom audio services.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, buyer's remorse, a decision not to release the song, changes in release plans, project cancellation by the client, deciding to use another engineer, deciding the service is no longer wanted, failure or delay in providing required files or materials, client inactivity after purchase, or changes in personal or financial circumstances.
CLIENT MATERIALS & INACTIVITY
The client is responsible for timely submission of the files, rough mix, references, notes, approvals, and other materials required to perform the purchased service. Failure or delay in providing required materials does not create an entitlement to a discretionary refund. The project may remain pending until complete materials are received, subject to William Bowser’s current availability.
SERVICE SCOPE
The service, deliverables, and included revision rounds are those stated in the applicable product description or written project agreement at the time of purchase. Additional work outside the purchased scope may require a separate quote or upgrade.
LEGAL AND PROCESSOR RIGHTS
This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, any remedy WB Mixing is legally required to provide, or legitimate rights concerning unauthorized transactions, fraud, or non-delivery under applicable law or the payment processor’s rules.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that the purchase reserves professional service capacity, confirms that the service and scope have been reviewed, and agrees to these Terms.
