Tell me about your project.
Include your artist name, song or project title, service purchased, order number, BPM and key if known, reference songs, creative direction, and any important requests. A phone number is optional.
Upload your project files.
Prepare one clean folder for each song. A little organization now helps the session start smoothly.
Before you upload
- Consolidate or export every track from the same starting point.
- Clearly label tracks and remove unnecessary duplicates.
- Include the current rough mix and instrumental or two-track when applicable.
- Include reference songs where helpful.
- Keep the original sample rate and bit depth where possible.
- Avoid unnecessary normalization.
- Name the folder Artist Name - Song Title and ZIP it when practical.
Mastering clients
Upload the final stereo mix at the highest available quality. Avoid unnecessary limiting or clipping unless it is intentional. You may include a limited reference alongside the unmastered mix.
Very large projects
If a project cannot be uploaded through the Dropbox request, contact WB Mixing for alternate delivery instructions.

After your form and files arrive, William will review the materials, match them to your order, and contact you directly if anything else is needed.
